The fourth call of Kredyt ekologiczny (FENG 3.1, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego) accepted applications from 24 October 2025 to 8 January 2026 with an allocation of PLN 350 million, and BGK published the evaluation results on 23 September 2026. The BGK product page lists the call as closed and, as of early November 2026, shows no announcement of a fifth call.
The instrument finances micro, small and medium enterprises and small/mid-caps modernising buildings or processes with at least 30% primary-energy savings, minimum eligible spending of PLN 2 million (up to the equivalent of EUR 50 million), a partner-bank loan of up to 100% of costs and an ecological premium of 15–80% of eligible costs that repays part of the loan; RES installations for own use, such as PV with storage, can be part of the project.
For installers: keep PV plus storage designs ready for industrial clients planning thermal modernisation, but do not count on a 2026 window; monitor bgk.pl and the FENG schedule for a 2027 call.
