SPRILA 2026 is open for applications from 20 January to 18 December 2026 (12:00) via RVO with eHerkenning level 3. Eligible are KVK-registered companies, and under conditions care institutions, housing corporations and associations with economic activity, installing non-public charging infrastructure on their own or leased premises, plus public-transport concession holders and coach operators; public charging operators and government bodies are excluded. Fixed amounts per charging station range from €400 (AC 11 kW, large company) to €88,000 (DC from 550 kW, SME), with SMEs receiving double; stationary batteries get €60 or €85 per kWh up to 1,000 kWh.
The budget is €122.5 million. RVO's table of 2 November 2026 shows €59.7 million of the €68.5 million charger budget and €37.5 million of the €45 million battery budget already requested. Below €25,000 of subsidy you install first and apply within 13 weeks in the same calendar year; from €25,000 you apply before signing the order, with an unsigned quote, and receive a 50% advance.
For installers: Bundle a battery with the charging hub to use both budget lines, and file small applications immediately after commissioning before the remaining budget runs out.
