Cabinet Resolution No. 1214 of 30 September 2026 (in force since 6 October) rewrote the one-off energy-independence aid for micro and small businesses. Sole proprietors, LLCs and private enterprises registered as of 1 April 2026 with 1–10 employees and no tax or social-contribution arrears receive UAH 15,000 (1–4 employees), UAH 20,000 (5–7) or UAH 30,000 (8–10). Applications are filed in Diia: the first stage ran 15–31 October 2026, the second runs 2–27 November 2026 and is also open to businesses that already received energy aid in 2026, while funds last.
The money may be spent only on energy equipment and installation (batteries and storage systems, inverters, charging stations, UPS, stabilisers, switchgear, cabling, generators) within 90 calendar days; unused funds are returned, the equipment may not be resold, and headcount must be kept for three months. Under Resolution No. 1323 of 23 October 2026 payments go to a special-purpose account at Oschadbank or another partner bank of the State Employment Centre, not a Diia.Card.
For installers: prepare small hybrid packages (inverter plus LiFePO4 battery, optionally a generator) priced around UAH 15,000–30,000 with proper invoices, because beneficiaries must spend the funds within 90 days and document the purchase.
