Ukraine's state programme for private-house owners, available through partner banks such as PrivatBank, Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Sense Bank and Globus, offers loans of up to UAH 480,000 for up to 10 years for solar plants, hybrid inverters, storage, wind installations and generators. The borrower pays 0% in year one, 5% in year two and 7% in year three.
Cabinet Resolution No. 396 of 27 March 2026 introduced three packages that write off part of the principal once installation is confirmed: G (generator) 20%, GB (hybrid PV plus storage) 25% and SGB (hybrid system plus generator) 30%. Documents and geotagged photos must reach the bank within 180 days; the write-off is paid within three days. Green-tariff installations are excluded, the house may not exceed 300 m² and income limits apply. By 24 July 2026 six banks had signed 7,486 agreements worth about UAH 2.64 billion (64.65 MW); in July the scheme was extended to autonomous heating (packages H 10% and H+ 20%), with about UAH 801.5 million planned for 2026.
For installers: quote complete hybrid kits (modules, hybrid inverter, battery) that fit the GB or SGB packages, and deliver commissioning documents and geotagged photos promptly, otherwise customers lose the 25–30% write-off.
