Andalusia: new €20.77 m INEA/INCEA call opened 22 October 2026 and was suspended a week later after budget exhaustion

The new residential call (BOJA 25 September 2026) opened on 22 October 2026 and was suspended one week later for the household and company budget lines (€11.0 m) after applications exhausted the credit; the Agency may reopen if funds are redistributed.

Spain: capacity market created by Orden TED/966/2026 — 15-year contracts for storage, first auction in 2027

The order published in the BOE on 17 September 2026 (in force 18 September) sets up Spain's capacity market after EU approval on 29 May 2026: new storage, renewables and demand response can bid for contracts of up to 15 years in pay-as-bid auctions run by Red Eléctrica.

IDAE — autoconsumo innovador (Next Generation EU)

Spain: IDAE innovative self-consumption call closed — €433.5 m awarded to 524 projects (1,226 MW, 2,321 MWh)

IDAE's second 'Energías Renovables Innovadoras' call (agrivoltaics, floating PV, collective self-consumption with storage, heat pumps) closed on 19 February 2026 and was resolved on 28 July 2026 after two budget increases; no third call has been announced.

Spain: Andalusia's €41.7 m FEDER line funds renewables, storage and EV charging in business parks

The Programme 2 'Espacios productivos' call (BOJA 24 April 2026) funds renewable generation, storage, efficiency and charging infrastructure for companies, estate managers, energy communities and local entities; applications since 16 June 2026 on a first-come basis until 30 September 2027 or exhaustion.

Real Decreto-ley 7/2026 — medidas de impulso al autoconsumo (libertad de amortización, autoconsumo colectivo a 5 km)

Spain: companies can write off self-consumption PV in one year up to €500,000 and share it within 5 km

Beyond the household IRPF deduction, RDL 7/2026 gives businesses free depreciation of renewable self-consumption investments up to €500,000 in 2026, widens collective self-consumption from 2 km to 5 km, recognises 'nearby generation' up to 5 MW and releases 10 % of reserved grid capacity to self-consumption-linked plants.
