Hungary: Home Energy Storage Programme 2026 — up to HUF 2.5 m for PV with storage; applications 2 Feb – 15 Mar 2026, decisions by 31 May

Phase 1 closed on 15 March 2026 and phase 2 has been suspended since 16 March 2026 with no reopening announced. The third amendment of 28 September 2026 adds remote-control and DSO-reporting duties for the storage and opens a certification window for approved applicants from 12 October 2026 to 26 February 2027.
