According to Dansk Erhverv's analysis of 9 October 2026, the finanslovsforslag for 2027 allocates DKK 650 million in 2027 and DKK 850 million annually in 2028–2030 — DKK 3.2 billion in total — to electrification, with the distribution mechanism still open. At the same time the DKK 185 million-a-year heat-pump support framework for 2027–2029 is proposed for reprioritisation, DKK 200 million goes to the Fjernvarmepulje in 2027, and the reserve for onshore renewable energy is reduced by DKK 140 million over 2027–2029. The proposal contains no new scheme for solar PV, batteries or charging infrastructure, and nothing on the håndværkerfradrag or servicefradrag.
Negotiations on the final agreement are under way in November 2026. Until then the framework for solar remains the existing legislation: the green håndværkerfradrag through 2027 (DKK 9,000 per person in 2026), the electricity tax at 0.8 øre/kWh until the end of 2027 and ordinary rates from 2028.
For installers: Follow the final finanslovsaftale for any electrification fund that could cover commercial PV-plus-storage; until then, base Danish offers on the no-subsidy case and the 2028 tax recovery.
